Return Policy

30-Day Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase for in-person purchases.

1. Take Photos: If your item is damaged or defective, please take photos for documentation.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately at himushroom@forestfloormc.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or processing a refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Exceptions

Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union Customers:
If you’re shipping to the EU, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel or return your order for any reason, in line with the cooling-off period. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags and proof of purchase.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and make a new purchase separately. This helps ensure you get the exact item you want without delay.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Special Policies

Apparel:
We offer a 30-day return policy on all apparel (shirts, hoodies, hats). Ensure the items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and unstained. Reach out to us and we’ll work with you to resolve any issues.

Stickers:
Stickers can be returned within 30 days as long as they are unused and in their original condition (not stuck to anything).

Each garment goes through multiple, hand-drawn processes that equal a wearable work of art. We are so blessed to have found INDYINK! because they were completely and utterly catering to our launch. The entire staff is bright, encouraging, energetic, and above all, professional and artistic. We appreciate INDYINK! for their input and attention to detail during the engagement, design, and executon of our swag launch. 

After INDYINK! All FOREST FLOOR™ garments are finished with hand-sewn features. Seamstress Melissa Flansburg, in Highlands Ranch, CO. finishes each garment with at least one hand-sewn branding tag which also serves as a final inspection of product. High-quality hand-made products are our passion. We believe everything is in the details.
