Cancellation Policy for Pre-Orders

At Forest Floor, we’re thrilled to offer you the chance to pre-order our upcoming products, like the FOREST FLOOR Model 101. Here’s how our cancellation policy works for these pre-orders:

Pre-Orders (FOREST FLOOR Model 101)

First 30 Days:

When you place a pre-order, you’re securing a product that’s not yet in our inventory but will be produced in the future. We collect the full deposit at checkout to help us get everything ready for you. If you decide to cancel your pre-order within the first 30 days, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $75 service charge. This fee helps cover the costs of processing and handling your cancellation.

After 30 Days:

If you cancel after 30 days, you’ll be eligible for a 75% refund. Here’s why: Your deposit has already started being used to fund the manufacturing stages of your device. This policy helps protect both you and other customers by ensuring that funds are allocated appropriately as we move towards production.

"In Production":

Once the FOREST FLOOR Model 101 officially goes into production, which we’ll announce about 5-7 months before delivery, cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund. At this stage, your pre-order has entered the final stages of manufacturing, and this refund percentage reflects the commitment we’ve made to other customers and the resources already allocated.
